Call for poster and short film submissions.
What is a HYBRID Poster + Film Session? We are offering both virtual and in-person options for participation.
Virtual: The RIPHA Conference poster and film session has a virtual component that allows you to build a personal online room with your digital poster and/or short film, a recorded poster walk-through video, and supplemental information. Your virtual poster/film room has a unique URL and is yours to keep for future reference. Note that your film will need to be submitted as a YouTube video.
In-Person: The RIPHA poster + film session is a mid-day feature at the conference. Students presenting accepted posters/films in-person are invited to attend the conference free of charge. With opening and closing plenaries and break-out sessions in the morning and afternoon, this will be an amazing opportunity to network and learn.
When: April 29th (Poster/Film session from 11:45 am -1:15 pm)
Where: Crowne Plaza (801 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, RI 02886). Virtual option to participate in the session.

Posters and short films must be submitted between February 5 through April 7, 2024.
