Kyle L. Bennett is a visionary leader in public policy, collective impact, and community development, dedicated to advancing equity and improving health outcomes across Rhode Island. With over two decades of experience spanning government, nonprofit leadership, and philanthropy, Kyle has been at the forefront of integrating Health in All Policies (HiAP), ensuring that social determinants—housing, education, economic stability, and community well-being—are central to decision-making processes.

As Chief of Staff & Public Affairs Officer at United Way of Rhode Island, Kyle leads policy initiatives that drive systemic change to promote racial and economic justice. His work has been instrumental in shaping strategic partnerships between government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to address pressing social issues through a Collective Impact framework.
